Classrooms are the central hub of everything you teach on ChimeEdu. Every activity you create — quizzes, timelines, flash cards, map activities, fill-in-the-blank exercises, assessments, study guides, and experiences — links directly to a classroom and becomes instantly accessible to every student enrolled in it. Instead of sharing a separate link for each resource, you share a classroom once and your students always find the right content in the right place.

What lives in a classroom

A classroom on ChimeEdu is more than a folder. It’s the live connection between you, your content, and your students. Anything you link to a classroom appears on its page straight away — there’s no separate publishing step. Content is grouped into tabs — All, Activities, Assessments, Study Guides, and Experiences — and listed newest first, with search and sorting available to students.
A classroom page sits on a public URL. Enrollment decides whose dashboard it appears on, not who can open the link — so treat the URL as shareable, and use assessment or study guide passwords where you need real access control. Experiences set to restricted are hidden from the classroom listing entirely.

Assessment submissions

For assessments, see the submissions that have come in and open each one. Other activity types don’t report completion — quizzes in particular keep nothing after the session ends.

The number of classrooms you can create depends on your ChimeEdu subscription plan.
The Free plan includes 1 classroom and up to 5 activities — enough to get started with no credit card required. Plus and Premium plans are coming soon. See Plans and Pricing for details.
