About the limits

Each quiz, map, timeline, flash card deck, assessment, study guide, experience, and fill-in-the-blank activity you save to a classroom counts toward your plan’s activity limit. Temporary activities — those created without an account or set to expire after 8 hours — do not count toward this limit and are unlimited on every plan.
Plus and Premium accounts can connect their institution’s Google Drive to ChimeEdu. Once linked, you can attach files and folders directly to classrooms, study guides, and experiences — files stay current without duplicating them, and students always access the latest version.
Premium accounts have access to ChimeEdu’s AI tools (powered by Claude), which can assist with drafting study guides from your own notes, suggesting fill-in-the-blank questions from a passage, and structuring curriculum content. You always stay the author — AI does the scaffolding, not the teaching.
ChimeBot is ChimeEdu’s built-in support assistant, available to all users on every plan. It can answer questions about platform features, guide you through common tasks, and direct you to the right Knowledge Base articles.
